The merchandise subject to this ruling is a CLA with extra USB plug and a CLA DC and AC Charger. The first item subject to this ruling is the CLA with extra USB plug. This item allows the user to provide power to their GPS device while also charging its battery via the car’s cigarette lighter outlet. The extra USB Plug enables the CLA to adapt to powering/charging the battery of other consumer electronic devices such as Bluetooth headsets or cell phones in a car via the car’s cigarette lighter outlet.
