A sample of a money band accompanied your request for a ruling. The sample is composed of a circular elastic band that is covered in leather. The holder measures approximately 1 inch wide and 2 1/2 inches in length. This merchandise is designed to hold cash and cards. The applicable subheading for the three leather hat bands will be 4205.00.8000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for articles of apparel and clothing accessories, of leather or of composition leather, other articles of leather or of composition leather, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
