You will be importing micro fiber pads. A picture of the pad was submitted with your request. The pad is comprised of three layers. The top and bottom layers of the pad are made from 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide fabric. The middle layer contains a thin piece of foam. The pad will measure 50.8 centimeters x 15.24 centimeters and the edges are finished with a fabric binding. It attaches to a floor cleaning mop. The applicable subheading for the pads will be 6307.10.2030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up articles, including dress patterns: floorcloths, dishcloths, dusters and similar cleaning cloths: other… other. The duty rate will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
