The drum auger is used to unclog drains. It is capable of being attached to a power drill (not included). The device consists of a 15 foot spring steel cable that reaches past traps to remove most clogs, a 1/4 inch drill shank, rugged poly housing, and a 4 inch handle with knob for optional manual use. The applicable subheading for the drum auger will be 8467.99.0190, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Tools for working in the hand, pneumatic, hydraulic or with self-contained electric or nonelectric motor, and parts thereof: Parts: Other…Other. The rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
