The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. Style A465065 is a travel document holder constructed with an outer surface of 100% cotton textile material. The travel document holder serves the purposes of organizing, storing, protecting and carrying the various documents that are typically carried during travel. It opens like a book and has slots on both the left and right sides for a passport, a pen, paper currency, credit cards, and other related articles. The holder secures with a metal snap closure and measures approximately 5” (W) x 8.5” (L) x 0.50” (D) in the closed position. The applicable subheading for style A465065 will be 4202.92.6091, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for in part, for other bags and containers, with outer surface of textile materials, of cotton, other.
