The merchandise under consideration is a base metal planter. It measures 9 inches in height, 3.5 inches in diameter at its base and 5 inches in diameter at its top. It features a handle on each side and will be painted. The planter is a decorative article which will be used to hold live plants. The applicable subheading for the base metal planter will be 8306.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bells, gongs and the like, nonelectric, of base metal…Statuettes and other ornaments, and parts thereof, other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
