Dear Mr. Hillegeist: In your letter received on September 18, 2008 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Mi-Lar Fence Company Inc. Samples and illustrations were submitted. The items you plan to import are described as anchor wire, product number W500148, and bent log wire, product number W3425090. The cold drawn galvanized anchor wire is made of carbon steel and measures 5 inches in length with a diameter of 0.148 inches.
