The edges are finished with a fabric binding. The rectangular mat measures 20 x 44 inches. A 32-inch square polyester knit fleece blanket is attached along one side. Affixed to the top edge of the mat is a pillow in the shape of a cupcake. This mat folds in thirds and is secured with a hook and loop fastener. There is a fabric handle attached to the back of the mat.

The submitted sample is a nap mat. The outer shell of the mat is made from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. It stuffed with a 100 percent polyester filler. The edges are finished with a fabric binding. The rectangular mat measures 20 x 44 inches. A 32-inch square polyester knit fleece blanket is attached along one side. Affixed to the top edge of the mat is a pillow in the shape of a cupcake. This mat folds in thirds and is secured with a hook and loop fastener. The duty rate will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
