Model Sport incorporates an emblem signifying a sport (the picture submitted includes an emblem designed in the shape of a soccer ball).

The merchandise under consideration is several styles of cigar bands. Each cigar band comprises a decorative, gold plated, sterling silver emblem on a leather strap that closes with a magnetic clasp. Each comes in a fitted, calfskin case and also in a hinged box of wood. The cigar band’s only purpose is to ornament the cigar while unlit; it is removed from the cigar when smoked. Models number 1, 3 and 4 will be imported either with or without engravings.
