Dear Ms. Pearce: In your letter dated August 29, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling for sculptures created by Laura Ford. Laura Ford was born in Cardiff, Wales in 1961. Her art education took place at Bath Academy of Art and Chelsea School of Art. Her work is currently included in the collection of the Tate Museum (London), National Museums and Galleries of Wales (Cardiff), Potteries Museum (Stoke-on-Kent) and other institutions. Her work has been on exhibition in galleries and at art shows since 1996 in both group shows and solo exhibitions.
