Dear Mr. Koseck: In your letter received on August 28, 2008 you requested a classification ruling on behalf of John Marshall Designs. As requested, your sample is being returned to you. The submitted sample, style RTTSW-01, is a woman’s cut and sewn garment designed to simulate a short sleeve jersey pullover worn over a long sleeve printed mesh pullover. The short sleeve pullover is constructed from 60% polyester and 40% cotton jersey fabric. The long hemmed sleeves are made of a 96% polyester 4% spandex camouflage printed mesh fabric.
