Box 1199 Williston, VT 05495 RE: The tariff classification of a wall-mounted hook from India Dear Ms. Ramsey: In your letter dated August 13, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample which you submitted is being retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is described as a Single Rose Hook, SKU# 66360. It is a wall-mounted hook made of iron that features a decorative rose embellishment at its top. It includes a keyhole plate at its back and a screw for mounting. It measures approximately 4-7/8 inches long by 2-1/2 inches wide and can hold up to 4 lbs.
