The product is described as the Nintendo DS System Glove and will be imported under the following SKU numbers: 061083-81, 061129-80. Color photographs of the item were submitted with your request. The Nintendo DS System Glove is made of silicone, in a variety of colors, and is designed to be used solely or principally with the Nintendo DS handheld video game system. The item is placed over the Nintendo DS and is designed to protect the handheld video game system and cushion one’s grip for longer game play. The holes on the glove are specifically designed to allow the use of the controls and speakers on the game. The applicable subheading for the Nintendo DS System Glove will be 9504.90.4000, HTSUS, which provides for “Articles for arcade, table or parlor games…: Other: Game machines, other than those operated by coins, banknotes (paper currency), discs or similar articles; parts and accessories thereof.” The rate of duty is free.
