Dear Ms. Geier: In your undated letter you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples will be returned as you requested. Samples and descriptions have been provided for three necklace lanyards with attached plastic identification holder. Item number THJ080702 is 35 inches long and features faux stones made of plastic. A clear PVC name badge holder, measuring 4 inches by 5 inches, is attached to the necklace. Item number W-080012400 comes in two versions, a glass bead necklace which is pink in color and a wood bead version. Both styles are 35 inches long and feature a clear PVC name badge holder, measuring 4 inches by 5 inches.
