The submitted sample is identified as “Jacquards 08 Beach Towel” item numbers 40192930044, 40192930051, 40192930068, 40192930075, 40192930105 and 40192930112 . The towel is made from 100 percent cotton jacquard woven terry fabric. The fabric is sheared on one side and has uncut loops on the other. All of the edges are hemmed. The towel measures approximately 34 x 64 inches. The applicable subheading for the towel will be 6302.60.0020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for bed linen, table linen, toilet linen and kitchen linen: toilet linen, of terry toweling or similar terry fabrics, of cotton... other. The duty rate will be 9.1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
