Copies of photographs of the aluminum top fixture were submitted for our review. The product is identified in your letter as an aluminum top fixture for a rolling ladder. It features aluminum upper and lower guides held together with a steel stop, and thermo plastic wheels attached to the guides with steel shoulder bolts. The top fixture will be permanently attached to a wood ladder with steel screws, bolts and an acorn nut. You indicated that a track goes between the two wheels on the top fixture to allow the fixture to roll on the track. The top fixture guides the ladder along the track.
