Copies of photographs of the aluminum top fixture were submitted for our review. The product is identified in your letter as an aluminum top fixture for a rolling ladder. It features aluminum upper and lower guides held together with a steel stop, and thermo plastic wheels attached to the guides with steel shoulder bolts.
