Dear Mr. Kim: In your letter dated July 16, 2008, on behalf of Arrow Fastener Co., Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You refer to model number EFTF50PBN as a craftsman electric staple gun. The staple gun shoots five sizes of T50 staples and drives 5/8 brad nails. It is hand held and operated by squeezing a trigger. It contains electronic circuitry and has a heavy duty ten foot cord attached.
