The submitted sample, style PP1069138, is a women’s pajama set constructed from 65 percent polyester and 35 percent rayon knit fabric. The sleeveless top features a V neckline, an empire waist with a ribbon drawstring and shirring, openwork fabric finishing the front neckline, openwork fabric insert in the front and a bottom finished with openwork trim. The pants feature an elasticized waistband and hemmed leg openings. We are returning your sample. The applicable subheading will be 6108.32.0010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s…Nightdresses and pajamas…knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 16% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
