Dear Ms. Hill: In your letter dated July 3, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples identified as designs Limonia, Kylane, Genache and Kinsya are printed plain weave fabrics composed of 64% linen and 36% cotton. They contain 18.5 single yarns per centimeter in the warp and 11.8 single yarns per centimeter in the filling. The average yarn number is 12. This merchandise weighs 240 g/m2 and will be imported in 137 centimeter widths. The fabric will be used for both curtains and upholstery.
