Photographs of the item were submitted for our review. The merchandise is an aluminum ice bucket with a handle (item number A038AA03555). It measures approximately 5 ? inches in diameter at the top, 3 ½ inches in diameter at the bottom and 5 ? inches in height. The ice bucket will be used in the home and is available in three colors. The applicable subheading for the ice bucket will be 7615.19.7060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of aluminum…other…not enameled or glazed and not containing nonstick interior finishes…other…other. The rate of duty will be 3.1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
