As requested, the sample will be returned to you. The submitted sample, style 4701 is a girl’s jacket constructed of 90% polyester,10% spandex knit fabric. The jacket features a standup collar, a full frontal opening with zipper closure, long sleeves with elasticized cuffs, and a banded bottom. The jacket reaches the waist. The applicable subheading for style 4701 will be 6102.30.2020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ overcoats, carcoats, capes, cloaks, anoraks, wind-breakers, and similar articles, knitted or crocheted, other than those of heading 6104: of man-made fibers: other: other, girls’. The rate of duty will be 28.2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
