The ruling was requested on the “XWH Bamboo Letter Rack”, item # 9100126. A sample of the product was submitted, which will be returned to you as you requested. The sample is a letter rack, measuring 6 ½” wide x 2 ¾” deep x 15 ½” high, designed to be mounted on a wall. It is divided into three vertical slots for sorting and holding mail. It is constructed entirely of laminated bamboo, a form of bamboo not suitable for plaiting. In addition, three small metal hooks, for holding keys and the like, are attached at the bottom of the rack.
