LLC, you requested a classification ruling. As requested the sample will be returned to you. Your submitted sample, style TICR 7113 is an infant’s one piece swimsuit constructed of knit 82% nylon, 18% spandex fabric. The swimsuit contains a lining and features two straps measuring one centimeter each that are sewn into the front and back of the swimsuit. It also features a skirt that is sewn into the swimsuit roughly two inches above the leg holes. The swimsuit is decorated with an ornamental bow. The applicable subheading for style TICR7113 will be 6111.30.5070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for babies’ garments and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted: of synthetic fibers: other, other. The duty rate will be 16 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
