Dear Ms. Wilder: In your letter dated June 11, 2008 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you as requested. You have submitted one sample of boys’ knitwear which represents babies’ and toddler sizes. The article will be imported in babies’ sizes newborn to 24 months and toddler sizes 2T-5T. Reference number JB70096 is a polyester fleece, brushed knit jacket.
