Dear Ms. Wilson: In your letter dated May 30, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client, Perfect 10 Antenna Company. The merchandise under consideration consists of four wall jacks and one electrical connector. A sample of each article was submitted with your ruling request and will be returned to you with the exception of the connector. The first article is a modular wall jack, item number PVCWP30IVY. This item is a standard single-gang plastic wall plate with two F-Type coaxial cable connectors. The second article is a modular wall jack, item number PVCWP40IVY.
