Product description
The goblet candle holders are essentially candle accessories in the classic design of stemware goblet drinking glasses. The candle holders are manufactured of 100% glass with the upper goblet portion in red and the stems sprayed with gold speck paint. They will be imported in sets of three that contain one each of a 7 inch tall, 9 inch tall, and 12 inch tall goblet. Warning labels in-line with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard specification for fire safety for candle accessories are affixed to the bottom of each candle holder. The upper portion of the goblet is a bowl measuring approximately 3½ inches wide at its widest point, with a 3 inch wide opening at the top and measuring approximately 3½ deep. Each goblet features a receptacle at its base that measures approximately 1½ deep into the stem. This receptacle is specifically fitted to hold a taper candle.

Dear Mr. Crago: In your letter dated June 3, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is a set of three Goblet Candle Holders, Item Number “CAH.” A sample of the candle holders was submitted with your ruling request. The goblet candle holders are essentially candle accessories in the classic design of stemware goblet drinking glasses. The candle holders are manufactured of 100% glass with the upper goblet portion in red and the stems sprayed with gold speck paint. They will be imported in sets of three that contain one each of a 7 inch tall, 9 inch tall, and 12 inch tall goblet.
