Dear Mr. Tam: In your letter dated April 30, 2008, you requested a classification ruling. The samples which you submitted are being returned as requested. Five samples of chef coats, with no style numbers were submitted with your request. The duty rate will be 26.9% ad valorem. The textile category designation is 641.
