The submitted illustration depicts an item identified as a Pet Food Scoop, item number A056KA00253. This item is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic material. It measures 11.5 inches in length and 4.25 inches in width. It is imported in one of the following three colors: grey, blue or red. The applicable subheading for item number A056KA00253 will be 3924.90.5600, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for…other household articles…of plastics: other: other. The rate of duty will be 3.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
