The merchandise is a 4-Hole Poultry Nest made of 26 or 28 galvanized steel. It will be used to breed poultry such as chickens and turkeys. The poultry nest measures approximately 24 inches in length by 12 inches in width by 34 inches in height. The applicable subheading for the 4-Hole Poultry Nest will be 7326.90.8587, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, other, other, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be 2.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
