Your samples will be returned as requested. Submitted sample, style #G618849, is a woman’s blouse constructed from 97% polyester and 3% spandex woven fabric. The blouse features a collar, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, a zippered full front opening, side vents and a hemmed bottom. Submitted sample, style #G619335, is a woman’s upper body garment constructed from 65% rayon and 35% nylon woven fabric. The collarless garment extends from the shoulder to slightly below the waist and features a deep v-neckline, long sleeves, elasticized waist, a full front opening secured by one button at the waist and a hemmed bottom. In your letter you state that the sample is a blouse (G619335). The garment provides insufficient coverage for wear as a blouse. The applicable subheading for the style G618849 will be 6206.40.3030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of man-made fibers: other: other: other: women’s. The duty rate will be 26.9 percent ad valorem.
