An ingredients breakdown, pictures, copies of labels, and a sample were submitted with your letter. The sample was examined and disposed of. Item no. DM-225369 Creepy Cocktails Strawberry Elixir is a red colored liquid drink mix composed of approximately 65 percent water, 32 percent sugar, 2.5 percent citric acid, and less than one percent, each, of sodium benzoate, strawberry flavor, and color, in a bottle containing 450 ml. The rate of duty will be 6.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
