The sample which you submitted is being retained by this office. The merchandise under consideration is called the Harvest Vine Weaving Rooster, item number A076GA01102. It is a decorative ornament made of iron wire and grapevine woven in the shape of a rooster. It measures approximately 12.5 inches high by 12 inches long by 5 inches wide. The iron wire comprises 80 percent of the weight and 65 percent of the value of the article.
