Dear Mr. Crago: In your letter dated March 31, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The item has been described as a seasoning injector, model number A050AA01316. It is used for injecting seasoning into various food items. It is an 8½” long syringe type implement with a polypropylene tube, rubber stopper and stainless steel needle. The total capacity of the tube is 2 ounces with markers for lesser amounts.
