A representative sample was submitted with your ruling request. The submitted sample, designated as “Rooster Message Board” – item number 63860, is a decorative, tabletop, agglomerated stone article in the form of a rooster. The overall measurements are 11 ½ inches in length x 3 ½ inches in width x 6 ¾ inches in height.
