The merchandise under consideration is described as a Plinth (SKU# 10044637). It is made of powder coated black steel and measures 13.5 inches long by 10.75 inches wide by 4.25 inches high. It is used to raise and support a file cabinet off the floor, which gives easier access to the file drawers. It mounts to the base of the cabinet with four screws that are included.
