The merchandise under consideration is two styles of decorative, hand-painted vases made of base metal. According to your letter, they are strictly Decorative and are not intended for food use. Each article contains a label that warns it is unsafe for food use and may poison food. Item number A2000042 is described as a “Hadara Wall Sconce.” It is a decorative, wall-mounted container that is designed to hold ornamental articles, such as dried or silk flowers.
