Dear Ms.: In your letter dated February 11, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample of the item was submitted, examined and disposed of. The item, a flat box made of thin corrugated paperboard, measures 4-3/4” square and 9-3/4” high when assembled. The box has printed red and white brick work with two die-cut windows each with an awning. The box has a full flap closure on the bottom, a semi-open flap closure on the top, and a printed “Snack Shoppe” sign between the windows.
