The sample you submitted is a key ring composed of a steel split wire ring attached by a plastic clip to a sheet of black rubber shaped like a motorcycle. The motorcycle shape measures approximately 2 ½ inches long by 1 inch wide by ? inch thick. Printed upon it in white are the name of a customer, a telephone number and an image of a motorcycle. The applicable subheading for the key ring will be 7326.20.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, articles of iron or steel wire, other. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
