Dear Mr. Ryu: In your letter dated February 1, 2008 you requested a classification ruling. The submitted sample is being retained for reference purposes. Style 8324-2001 is described as “girls 100% cotton knit top.” The garment creates the visual impression of a woven short sleeve white shirt existing underneath a finely knit vee neck orange pullover. The pullover fabric is knit cotton. The short sleeve hem, exposed upper shirt placket, collar and lower body hem extensions are woven cotton.
