The merchandise is identified as the Faux Diamond Tea Ball (item number 65000). It is a stainless steel mesh ball that opens and closes by means of a latch. The 1.5-inch diameter ball will be filled with loose tea leaves and dropped into a cup of hot water to steep. Attached to the infuser ball is a 3.5-inch metal chain and an imitation diamond made of acrylic. The applicable subheading for the tea ball infuser will be 7323.93.0060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for table, kitchen or other household articles and parts thereof, of iron or steel…other, of stainless steel, cooking and kitchen ware, other, kitchen ware. The rate of duty will be 2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
