Dear Mr. Wood: In your letter dated January 9, 2008 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. The sample submitted is designated as style #85470. It is a “3-D Molded Plastic Framed Art.” It is made of a plastic faux tile with the following words printed on it: “A mother holds her children’s hands for a while but their hearts forever.” The tile is encased behind glass in a plastic frame with matting. The item is designed to be hung on a wall.
