A technical drawing was submitted. The article in question is described as a hydraulic cylinder used to operate food processing equipment. The submitted drawing reveals that the cylinder is a linear hydraulic cylinder that is constructed using tie-rods. The applicable subheading for the subject cylinder will be 8412.21.0015, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for hydraulic power engines and motors, linear acting (cylinders), tie-rod type. The rate of duty is free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
