The ruling was requested on a faux crocodile serving tray, item # 065-14-0138. A sample of the product was submitted, which will be returned to you as you requested. The sample consists of a rectangular tray measuring approximately 17-1/2” long x 12” wide x 2-1/2” high. It has two openings on the ends for use as handles. The tray is constructed of sturdy medium density fiberboard (MDF). It is covered on the interior and exterior with a dark brown vinyl sheeting. The exterior vinyl is embossed with a crocodile pattern. The subject tray is a composite good composed of two materials, wood and vinyl.
