The item concerned is referred to as an “Electronic Flashing Button”. This item is a circular piece of hard plastic with a pin or clip mounted on the back. Within the plastic housing there is an expression or saying such as “Happy Birthday”, “The Greatest”, “I made It”, etc. The button incorporates four rapidly flashing LED lights which draw attention to, and illuminate, the decorative expression. The rate of duty will be 2.6%. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
