The submitted sample will be returned to you as requested. Style 278408 is a woman’s shirt constructed from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The shirt features a collar, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs that can be rolled up and secured with an inside tab, two chest pockets with button closures, two on seam pockets below the waist and a full front opening secured by seven buttons. The garment also has buttoned tabs at the shoulders. The applicable subheading for style 278408 will be 6211.42.0056, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton: blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses, sleeveless tank styles and similar upper body garments excluded from heading 6206: other.
