Dear Mr. Fragomeli: In your letter dated November 19, 2007 you requested a classification ruling. The sample which you submitted is being returned as requested. The submitted sample Monte Carlo Black Costume will be imported as: Items 6808157, 6808158 and 6808159, Monte Carlo Black, Sizes S-M-L Items 6808160, 6808161 and 6808162, Monte Carlo White, Sizes S-M-L The Monte Carlo Black Costume consists of a dress made of knit 100% polyester fabric.
