You submitted a sample of a hand muff (no style number given) that fastens with snaps to the handle of a baby stroller. It has an outer surface of woven polyester fabric and an inner surface of man-made fiber fleece. It measures approximately 20” x 9”. The sample will be returned as requested. The applicable subheading for the muff will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
