Dear Ms. Dost: In your letter dated November 9, 2007, on behalf of Chefwear, Inc., you requested a classification ruling. The samples which you submitted are being returned as requested. Four samples of unisex chef pants were submitted with your request. Style 3700 is made of woven 60% cotton/40% polyester fabric. The long pants have an elasticized waistband with drawstring two side pockets and two back patch pockets. Styles 3000, 3200 and 3500 are made of woven 100% cotton fabric. Style 3000 is a pair of long pants with an elasticized waistband with a drawstring two side pockets and two back patch pockets. Style 3200 is a pair of long pants with an elasticized waistband with a drawstring and two back flap patch pockets and a cargo pockets with hook and loop closures and a side pocket on each side.
