Dear Mr. Dost: In your letter dated November 5, 2007, on behalf of Chefwear, Inc., you requested a classification ruling. The samples will be returned to you as requested. Five samples of unisex chef jackets were submitted with your request. Styles 4400 and 4410 are made of woven 65% polyester/35% cotton fabric. Style 4400 is a hip length, double breasted jacket with long sleeves, a mandarin collar, left breast and sleeve pocket, and a full front opening with knot closures that closes left over right or right over left.
