Item M00255, Glamour Witch (Child), is a textile costume set that consists of a dress, a hat and a sash, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has a well made embellishment, it has a flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched neck, flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched seams, raw edges at the arms and flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched edges at the bottom. Item M00248, Princess Beauty (Child), is a textile costume set that consists of a dress and glovelettes, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has two styling features and three well-made embellishments, it has a flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched neck, a flimsy and loose, single straight stitched waist, flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched seams and flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched edges at the arms and bottom. Item M00707, Glamour Witch (Adult), is a textile costume set that consists of a dress, witch hat and a corset, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has three well-made embellishments, it has a flimsy, raw neck, a flimsy and loose, single straight stitched waist, flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched seams, a flimsy hook and loop tab closure and raw edges at the arms, bottom and closure. Item M00721, Sexy Vampira (Adult), is a textile costume set that consists of a dress and belt, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has a well-made embellishment, it has a flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched neck, a flimsy and loose, single straight stitched waist, flimsy and loose, visible overlock stitched seams and raw edges at the bottom. The applicable subheading for item numbers M00255, Glamour Witch (Child), M00248, Princess Beauty (Child), M00707, Glamour Witch (Adult), and item number M00721, Sexy Vampira (Adult), will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be Free.
